Fort Pierce is the county seat of St. Lucie County, about twenty-five minutes south of us on US-1, and the southern end of our service area. It is a bigger, older city than anything in Indian River County — a lot of the pools we see here were built decades ago, and they show it.
We run a south route day for Fort Pierce, which keeps the schedule tight and the price the same as it is in Vero. Residential weekly service, one-off recoveries and rental turnarounds are all normal work for us here.
Plaster that has been in the ground thirty years is porous, and porous surfaces hold algae and stain easily. Sometimes the right answer is a drain and acid wash rather than another season of chemicals — we will tell you which one you are looking at.
Close to the inlet and along the waterfront, salt gets on equipment the same way it does on the barrier island. Rails, cell plates and pump motors need looking at, not just the water.
Short-term rental pools have to be right on changeover day, not on our convenience. We can schedule around turnovers and flag anything that would fail a guest inspection.

Skim, brush, vacuum, empty the baskets and balance the water — every week, same day.

No, and we would rather say that up front. Weekly service keeps water balanced and stops things getting worse; stained, rough plaster needs a drain and acid wash, and beyond a certain point it needs resurfacing.
Yes. Tell us the changeover day and we will fit the visit before it, and let you know the same day if something needs attention before guests arrive.
