If you fill in a form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the pool and anything you write in the message. We do not ask for payment details through this site.
How we use it
We use it to answer you, prepare a quote and schedule service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the business except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as our tax and accounting obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say which service is used and what it records.
Third-party content
