Wabasso sits where US-1 meets SR-510, eight miles north of Vero Beach and just south of Sebastian. It is a small community — under two thousand people — split between the older mainland homes and the properties over the bridge towards Wabasso Beach.
Because it sits between two of our route days, Wabasso is easy for us to schedule and easy to keep on a fixed weekly slot. Small community, short drive, no travel surcharge.
Mainland pools deal with oak and pine debris and heavy pollen. Over the bridge towards the beach it is salt air, sand and sea grape leaves. Same town, different service problems — the dosing and the equipment checks are not the same.
A lot of the mainland houses here are from an era when plaster was thinner and returns were fewer. Circulation dead spots show up as algae in the same corner every time — that is a plumbing and brushing problem, not a chemical one.
Not everyone here wants a contract. If you need a single clean before family arrive, or a recovery after a few weeks away, we will quote that as a one-off without pushing a monthly plan on you.
